Isabella is a young, strong and self-assured task master.  Not only did she clean my 4-bedroom Villa in Rancho Viejo; she assisted me with my move to South Padre Island. The Queen of Cleaning has an eye for detail and a very pleasant disposition. My particularly favorite aspect about Isabella's work is that she takes direction well and is enthusiastic about meeting my expectations.  It's important to be punctual, manage time and leave a lasting impression.  Check on all 3 of those.  Without hesitation I would hire Queen Isabella Cleaning again for any and all of my cleaning service needs.

First off, Isabella was on time, each day, which is rare nowadays. She is young, very polite and eager to please, also rare these days. We did a complete walk-through of our small custom waterfront cottage home, in Port Isabel, that has several unique features you won't find in a high dollar home, that will require special attention. We wanted a deep cleaning since it needed it and she quoted her daily rate, very reasonable.

Isabella emailed me a confirmation and a schedule of how she intended to do the work each day. I failed to pass on that schedule to my wife and the first day she threw Isabella a big kink in her plans. My wife wanted this room cleaned first and my office next. Poor Isabella, she hadn't brought those particular cleaning supplies, so she borrowed ours. She had planned to start up high and work her way down, but that didn't happen.

The following day Isabella stayed on 'her' schedule and to our amazement she got 95% of everything done, and done well, despite us messing up her plans. We paid her on the spot and requested an invoice be emailed to us for our records. We then set up a routine schedule for normal cleanings and one special item to be done each time. We are already looking forward to her next visit. 

By the way, hanging out around your home all or part of your day while someone cleans it is so boring and inconvenient, right? Well, it's our opinion that you don't have to, Isabella is completely honest, trustworthy and competent, plus she's fully insured, and we highly recommend her.
